Refund policy

As much as we’d like to make things easy for all orders, we’ll have limitations with what fees are associated with Returns & Exchanges outside of the US.  

Please read below carefully to understand our policies before placing your order.

All orders are Made-To-Order, please take into consideration if it’s more thoughtful to gift it to a family or friend that would love this piece, or to return it for a refund. All returns will only be accepted with original packaging (including Wash Net and poly mailer bag) in perfect conditions.

Soul Sporty reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy, is worn or washed, missing Wash Net and original poly mailer bag, exhibits indicators of use for photoshoots or production use only, or if we identify as unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account.

US:

  • Free returns within 21 days of receiving your package
  • Email hello@soulsporty.co to initiate, process, and print out a label for listed carrier drop off
  • Full refund will be credited back to the original payment method once pieces are received, and reviewed at our facility
  • Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be reflected on your statement after it has been issued

International:

  • Acceptable returns within 30 days of receiving your package
  • Email hello@soulsporty.co to explain the reason for returning an item, and we will provide you with our address to ship to
  • Please take special note that you will need to cover shipping fees, country customs, or associated regulations upon your chosen carrier. Advise with your local carrier accordingly
  • A full refund will be credited back to the original payment method once pieces are received, and reviewed at our facility
  • Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be reflected on your statement after it has been issued

Exchanges

We are unable to offer automatic exchanges with our Made-To-Orders, we kindly ask you to create a new order, and we’ll especially make it for you again!
